Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
